1. All of our dried fruit products are made without preservatives, artificial additives, or any ingredients intended to extend shelf life.

2. Because we use only fresh fruit and produce in small batches, color, shape, sweetness, and texture may naturally vary depending on the fruit and seasonal factors.

3. Minor stickiness, color changes, or slight moisture variation may occur over time; these are normal characteristics of preservative-free dried fruit.

 

2. Recommended Consumption & Storage Guidelines

1. For the best taste and quality, we recommend consuming the product within 1 month of purchase.

2. Please store the product under the following conditions:

   • Keep sealed when not in use.

   • Avoid direct sunlight.

   • Store in a cool, dry place.

3. After 1 month, we recommend freezing the product to maintain freshness. Once thawed, please enjoy immediately.

4. The company is not responsible for any quality changes caused by improper storage, exposure to heat or moisture, or extended shelf time beyond the recommended period.

 

3. Allergy & Health Disclaimer

1. Our products contain only the fruit listed on the ingredient label; however, customers are responsible for checking personal food sensitivities and allergies.

2. The company is not liable for allergic reactions or individual health issues that may arise from consuming our products.

3. If you have any medical conditions or dietary restrictions, please consult a professional before consumption.

 

4. Shipping & Product Condition

1. Products are prepared and packaged shortly before shipment to ensure maximum freshness.

2. Normal shipping movement or temperature changes may cause minor variations in appearance but do not affect product safety.

3. Any claims regarding damaged, contaminated, or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

1. Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.

2. If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, we will replace it with the same item.

3. Quality issues resulting from improper storage, unsealed packages, or keeping the product beyond the recommended 1-month consumption period cannot be refunded or replaced.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

1. The company is not responsible for health-related issues, improper storage, misuse of the product, or any adverse reactions experienced by the customer.

2. While we strive to provide accurate product information, natural variations are unavoidable due to the fresh, preservative-free nature of our fruit.

 

7. Intellectual Property
